Youth festivals have become the forum where young artistic talents are discovered. Our school conducted youth festival on two consecutive Days October 26 & 27. The top winners participated in the Sub-District level Kalolsavam and from there to District level. We got first prize for 15 different items and overall in Arabic Kalolsavam for high school section.

Our students participated in the District Level Kalolsavam at Government school Attingal on 5^th, 6^th & 7^th of December. The following students won the prizes.

1. Rania. S.N of +2 B/S won A Grade in Urdu Recitation.

2. Mohammed Swalih of +2 C/S won A grade in Arabic Prasangam.

3. Mohammed Saadudheen of 8A won A Grade in Arabic Ganam.

4. Vattapattu team got B Grade.

*The above-mentioned students also achieved A Grade in the State level Kalolsavam conducted in Kollam.*

Faculty Achievements:

Mrs.BINDU L.S, Faculty in Department of Science has achieved the following:

• Secured First place with A Grade for Teaching Aid for teachers in District level Science Fair held at St.Mary’s HSS Pattom, November 2008.

• Secured Second Rank with A Grade for Teaching Aid in District level Science Fair held at St.Mary’s HSS Pattom, December 2011.

• Secured Third Rank with A Grade for Teaching Aid HS in District level Kerala School Sasthrolsavam 2023-2024, Science Fair held at Govt. Girls HSS Cotton Hill, November 2023.

• Awarded with BEST TEACHER AWARD 2022 by ALL INDIA CITIZENS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) India for All India Drawing, Handwriting & Essay Competition 2022.

Sports and Games

In order to reduce stress and enhance their team spirit of the students every year school conducts sports and games in the school campus. During the academic year 2024 – 2025, our students achieved remarkable success in sports, showcasing their dedication and talent across various disciplines. Here are some highlights

• In sub district level Cordova HSS won 2^nd prize in senior boys hand ball.
• Third prize in Junior boys football.
• Muhammed Abaan Khan got selected for the boys sub junior team football at the Revenue Level.
• Our Senior boys got 2^nd prize in basketball and also 6 more students of our school were qualified to take part in revenue level.

Apart from that some our students participated in many other outside competitions.

*Muhammed Afham Bin Firoz of +1 Computer Science bagged 1^st position in 65^th Kerala School Karate Championship.*

Competitions

Above 28 students participated in drawing and colouring competition conducted by Lions club and bagged 3 prizes.

Students Development Society conducted National Level Colouring and Handwriting competition.
